What Happens to Singapore’s Sewage? | Our Water Journey

In Singapore, we hardly think about sewage once we wash our dishes or flush our waste down the toilet. But where does it actually go, how does it get there, and what happens to it? These four PUB staff tell us how an entire team works behind the scenes to keep our intricate sewer system working smoothly. Dealing with wastewater and fixing sewage pipes might not be glamorous, but these are necessary roles to keep our country (and bowel movements) going. In the last of this three-part series discovering Singapore's water journey, we find out what it takes to ensure good sanitation for our entire nation and reuse every drop endlessly.
