Staying well can be a challenge for older adults. A longer life, poor health, isolation, and rising cost of living, are some issues that can affect the ability to stay well and age successfully. This course introduces older adults to the 5 dimensions of wellness and the small steps they can take to improve and maintain high physical, mental and social functioning, financial independence and overall quality of life.
