Age Well Everyday (Lifestyle Management Course) (Blended Learning)
This blended learning aims to equip volunteers with knowledge and skills in health-related topics, specifically lifestyle management and mindfulness. Topics include steps towards a healthier lifestyle, methods for healthier eating, exercises and possible exercise-related injuries, care & support, stress management and information on regular health screening & lifestyle adjustment.
This is an asynchronous online course that is available on UniLearn Platform within a limited access period.
