Liam Neeson returns as retired CIA agent Bryan Mills in this epic sequel to the 2008 movie Taken. It’s been two years since Bryan saved his daughter, Kim, after she was “taken” by human traffickers while holidaying in Europe. Everyone is trying to get over the traumatic event: Kim just wants to move on with her life and secretly tries to date (being mindful of her overprotective father), while Bryan decides to take on a job as security operative in Istanbul.
When Bryan’s ex-wife, Lenore, and Kim decide to surprise him with a visit, they unknowingly get caught in a revenge plot that threatens all their lives. Murad, the father of a trafficker whom Bryan had killed in the first movie, wants everyone close to Bryan dead – and he'll stop at nothing to get his revenge.
Expect thrilling action sequences, combat and explosions as Liam Neeson plays the enigmatic hero who must once again save and protect his family from the ghosts of his past.
