Through dance workouts, participants learn how to coordinate body movement with musical rhythm. The workout is a beneficial activity to help in our mental and physical coordination and agility in performing tasks. Through this course, you will gain the knowledge of how your body works, the benefits of good coordination, develop your reflexes to prevent falls, improve your rhythm, beat, timing and coordination, balance, speed, strength, drive and how to coordinate with your partners to synchronise dancing.Course Details
