SOIL-LESS PLANTING RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Introducing Soil-less Planting Research Assistant, a senior volunteer program dedicated to fostering community engagement and innovation in agriculture. Our team of senior volunteers will play a vital role in testing and comparing various soil-less systems for planting leafy greens and other crops beneath solar panels on rooftops, transforming our rooftops into a living lab for sustainable agriculture in Singapore. Volunteers will assist in experimental setup and design, data collection, equipment maintenance, and record-keeping of essential parameters and nutrient solutions. Our senior volunteers will also participate in seed germination, right up to harvesting, monitoring plant growth and health at every stage. Join our mission to shape a greener future together and gain exposure to diverse soil-less planting techniques such as hydroponics etc.
