Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to use different common digital communication & social media app: WhatsApp and Email. Participants will be able to download the app, manage the setting, contact information, messaging, communicate with others using audio & video, share different types of attachment with others. Participants will be able to secure the email account with strong password, manage the account set-up and create folders under menu. And able to draft and create email, reply, forward email and delete email.

Jenny has over 20 years of experience in the motor industry. She completed her Diploma in Digital Marketing during the Covid period. When Covid situation was eased, she worked as Digital Ambassador under IMDA serving seniors in the community. This is where she learns that it is not what latest technology or applications that the seniors need but digital skills that can improve their daily life. She then started her volunteering journey in RSVP as an IT Trainer
