Adrian Tan

Adrian is the co-founder and COO for SG Assist, with great passion in supporting seniors to pathfind a purposeful ageing. He strives towards this goal by being a community-builder, advocate and actively engaging stakeholders. He brings with him years of training in Supply Chain Management (Bachelor's Degree, Curtin University) and apply his know-hows with deep insights of the social service landscape and innovative thinking.

Don Tan

Don has over 20 years of social work experience in eldercare sector, with wide range of gerontological social work know-hows such as case management, programme development, organisational change management and training- all in the aspiration of refining and delivering person-centred care to an older person and his/her caregiver. He has a Master of Social Work (SUSS).
