Ben Lau
Benedict Lau has over 20 years teaching dance and fitness and has created and taught 2 NSA programmes - "Body Conscious Dance" and "Build Lower Body Strength (BLB) with Workout and
Dance". Benedict is an NTU Graduate in Mech Engineering 1996 (Hons) and hold various certifications such as the Latin and Ballroom Dance (UK ISTD – Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance, Introduction to Geragogy Guildelines, VPS (Value Principals in Sports) and An Introduction to Safe Dance Practice.
Benedict Lau
Benedict Lau, with over 20 years of experience in dance and fitness, has taught at clubs, community centers, and schools. A NTU Mechanical Engineering graduate, he holds UK ISTD Latin and Ballroom certifications and additional qualifications in dance safety and geragogy. Lau has represented Malaysia in SEA and Asian Games, achieving top rankings including No.1 in Malaysian Latin dance and numerous international awards.Reviews on Course
