Expressive Art as Therapy Level 2 is for learners who have completed Expressive Art as Therapy Level 1 to further explore and strengthen their mental wellness. Through lectures and exercises, learners will be guided in using mix media for creative expression, sensory-motor based therapy, environmental-nature exploration, mindfulness folding art, positive based therapy, and understanding safety and space to develop resilience for mental health. Explore different levels of emotion regulation such as reintegration, healing, recovery, reflection for health management.

Lee Thiam Seng (Paul)
Mr Lee Thiam Seng (Paul) is a Singaporean artist, art therapist and consultant. He founded UniqArts and Technologies in 1995 with a passion for art, creativity, and wellness. Mr Lee holds a Master of Arts in Art Therapy from LaSalle College of the Arts, a Business Management Degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia and a Certificate in Art from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). Over the years, Mr Lee conducted individual and group art therapy treatments for clients at the Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN), as well as patients at the KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) and Changi General Hospital (CGH). He has also conducted numerous art and creativity workshops for corporations, schools, and community groups.Reviews on Course
