With the primary goal of improving targeted body movements, coordination, and balance to perform daily routine tasks with ease, it will also help reduce the risk of falling and chances of injury with focused strengthening exercises. Through exercise, your mood will be boosted, and your mind will be activated, improving your overall quality of life.

Trainer's Profile

Benedict Lau

Benedict Lau, with over 20 years of experience in dance and fitness, has taught at clubs, community centers, and schools. A NTU Mechanical Engineering graduate, he holds UK ISTD Latin and Ballroom certifications and additional qualifications in dance safety and geragogy. Lau has represented Malaysia in SEA and Asian Games, achieving top rankings including No.1 in Malaysian Latin dance and numerous international awards.
