In this workshop, you will learn how to press flowers found locally in gardens, mount the dried pressed flowers and seal them and use quotable quotes and/or lines from Poetry to enhance the Pressed Flower Art pieces. Through engaging with this craft, you will discover new creative ways to express their thoughts and feelings as well as receive mental health and well being through this therapy of hands-on flower artworks.
