Digital Photography course (Basic)

This course is conducted in English. The course will touch on basic techniques, functions and technical terms in camera photography. Topics include understanding shutter speed, focal length, ISO, white balance, colour temperature of digital cameras, types of lenses (zoom, prime, telelens, macro lens, wide angle etc.) and the maintenance of one’s camera and lens. By the end of the course, participants will be able to master the knowledge of various tool functions and lenses of digital cameras and choose the subject they like to shoot (such as landscape, insects, still life, food, flowers, etc.) to share the results and joy in their circle of friends or media.

Lau Eng Seng

Mr. Lui Wah Hon is a professional photographer with operates a photo-printing company since 1996. He was once an instructor of Basic Photography course and Indoor Studio Portrait Lighting course for People's Association and PAS, and also a judge in various international salon and subject photography competitions.
