This 3-hour programme aims to equip you with a basic understanding of the art and science of baking nd making use of different baking ingredients and equipment. Course available about 1.5 months before mooncake festival only. You will learn how to prepare the following:
1. Snowskin mooncake
2. Walnut mooncake (baked)
