Building on the Mindfulness Foundation Course, this course aims to increase participants' mental well-being through techniques promoting self-compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and peace. Participants will begin to understand the root cause of life’s challenges to gain greater awareness of one’s physical and mental pain. This will seek to build greater self-love, appreciation for what one has and allow participants to let go of difficult situations and begin feeling at peace.
