Bahasa Indonesia Level 5 (Conducted Online)

This 10-week course is designed to provide an insight to the targeted language and understanding of its culture. This Level 5 course will help participants understand simple texts and summarise the main idea of a simple text. Participants will also deepen their knowledge of the Indonesian State Philosophy and urban social issues.

Trainer's Profile

Indrianti Tjan

Miss. Indrianti is the Convenor of the Bahasa Indonesia Program. She received her bachelor degree in English Education from Sanata Dharma University and her Master of Education in TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language) from School of Education, Boston University. Prior to joining NUS, she taught English at various universities in Indonesia, including Sanata Dharma University, Atmajaya University and Duta Wacana University. In 2004, she received a Fulbright Grant to teach Bahasa Indonesia as a foreign language at the University of Hawai'i, Manoa.
