Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Course (Conducted Online)
The MBCT 8-week course combines the idea of cognitive therapy with mindfulness meditative practices and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness. It can help people with chronic unhappiness/depressive activity and to reduce cravings for substances that people are addicted to. MBCT was developed by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams and John Teasdale, based on Jon Kabat-Zinn's MBSR program. This course is for anyone interested in applying MBCT techniques to improve his/her mental well-being.
