Participants will learn creative alternatives to increase their chances of making a “Right Decision”. This course is designed to help them better understand the components of logical thinking and how to avoid obstructions to logical thinking to make decisions confidently, without vacillating or procrastinating. These skills will then allow participants to be better able to use the Decision Making Process to handle decisions in various work and non-work situations.Course Details
