Steamed Salmon with Egg White and MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols

Ingredients:
- Salmon (fillet), 10 pcs
- GoodSalt® (Lower Sodium), ¼ tsp
- Olive oil, 2 tsp
- MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols, 300 ml
- Egg white, 10 pcs
- Coriander (chopped)
- Spring onion (chopped)
Method:
- Bring salmon marinated with GoodSalt® (Lower Sodium) and olive oil set aside
- Bring MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols and egg white mixed well then sieve
- Pour the eggs mixture in plate and bring to steam on medium heat about 10 minutes
- Add the salmon fillet on top of and steam another 5 minutes
- Garnish with coriander and spring onion
