Yakisoba (焼きそば) is literally known as “fried noodles”. While in Japan, buckwheat noodles are typically used for this dish, you can use any noodles even spaghetti to cook this dish. Refer to the ingredient list below or go to our website here  for your easy reference.



Serves  3  pax

150g of prawns - deveined & deshelled

120g of squid - cut into bite size

1 medium size yellow onion - sliced

120g of carrot - cut into strips

120g of Beijing cabbage - sliced into strips

420g of yellow noodles

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup

1 tablespoon of HP sauce or Worcester sauce or A1 sauce

1.5 tablespoons of Japanese light soya sauce

0.5 teaspoon of sugar

0.5 teaspoon of black pepper

85ml of water
