A Social Broker

At the helm of the SECDC is Mayor Maliki Bin Osman, who firmly believes in the 'ABCs of Community Bonding' – Assisting the Needy, Bonding with the People and Connecting with the Community. With these tenets in mind, SECDC hopes to build a community, with residents and stakeholders, where everyone can feel a sense of belonging and pride.

As a social broker, SECDC works closely with partners to support, facilitate and empower community through initiating projects.
