Fried Egg with Fish Maw and Crabmeat  (serves 4)




  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 100g soaked fish maw
  • 30g shredded spring onion
  • 20g shredded shiitake
  • 80g crabmeat


  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp chicken powder


1. Mix all Ingredients and Seasoning. Toss well.

2. Heat oil. Fry over high heat until golden colour and fluffy.
