Mr Tan Gim Kheng, 68, leading a pack of five grandmas and grandpas during a Segway race yesterday at Bishan Park, in a preview of the 50plus Expo’s activities.
To be launched by Senior Minister of State, Prime Minister’s Office, and chairman of the Active Ageing and Employability SubCommittee, Mr Heng Chee How, the expo will be held at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre from March 28 to 30.
It will occupy more than four exhibition halls and is expected to draw 80,000 visitors.
