About the Programme/Event

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our usual routines, to say the least. This rings especially true for seniors, who may not be aware of alternative activities to keep them meaningfully engaged in the meantime. In conjunction with Occupational Therapy Day 2021, find out more about the benefits of keeping your mind and body engaged as Occupational Therapist Sydney Sim recommends simple leisure and mind stimulating activities that one can do at home as well as possible ways to motivate seniors to participate in such activities.

This programme is suitable for those aged 50 and above, and organised in collaboration with Changi General Hospital.
