Discover the importance of nutrition in promoting your health. Basing on sound theoretical and practical knowledge in basic nutrition such as weight management, functional foods and menu planning, the talk will also cover how you can maximise your exercise workouts with a right diet and provide practical nutritional recommendations to optimise exercise performance and recovery.

Catch NSA e-Nuggets Series, a brand new series of live talks on topics relating to active ageing conducted as part of our on-going efforts to promote e-learning. Starting from 31 March 2020, the live talks will take place every Tuesday and Friday* at 2pm, on C3A’s Facebook page. In each 45-minute talk, seniors can stay engaged and participate in e-learning, with topics ranging from IT, health & wellness, arts & many more! You can also share your thoughts and even post questions via the Facebook comments during the Q&A segment.
