Statistics have shown that there's a high chance of getting swindled when one is left alone with considerable assests after their spouse has passed on. This is where a Trust can help protect the family assets and fulfil the aspirations of the family. It thus becomes vital to master the structure of the holding of family wealth and assets in ways that would leave behind a meaningful legacy for future generations.

This talk will explore how and why both young and elderly couples should consider setting up a Trust to protect and distribute their assets to their beneficiaries in a delayed and controlled manner. Participants will also learn about Standby Trust, a new class of affordable trust structures which are structured to be activated only upon demise.
