- Understand the importance of strength training
- Learn about the different activities you can do to improve your strength
- Learn how to use the machines in your neighbourhood fitness corner (if there are fitness corners nearby or gym equipment at the centre. If not, participants will get to try 'The 7 Easy Exercises')
The session is conducted in English and suitable for those aged 50 and above.
Admission is free but online registration is required.
