The Interesting World of Orchids


This talk will introduce many various types of orchids we see today, how we can identify them, and most importantly, what makes them so special and attractive? The orchid family is one of the largest families of flowering plants with over 25,000 species! They can be found almost anywhere in the world, in different shapes, sizes, colours, scents and environment – but can you spot them? What do the unique features of an orchid tell you about them? Join us to find out more.

Seats are limited. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of online registration form. Do note that the closing date for registration is 2 working days before the programme begins, or when the session is full. You will be placed on our waiting list if the programme is full.


We require a minimum of 10 participants to confirm each scheduled programme. An email confirming the status of the event will be sent to you at least one week prior to the event. If you do not hear from us one week prior to the commencement of the programme, please contact us.
