Programme Synopsis

 

Keep calm. Learn about the science underpinning why and how mindfulness applies to work environments, to enhance mental and physical wellbeing.
 


This programme is suitable for working adults, general public and all curious creatures who want to improve their quality of work life.


 

About the Speaker
 

Jochen Reb, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources at SMU's Lee Kong Chian School of Business as well as Director of the Mindfulness Initiative @ SMU. He shares his research on mindfulness and how it makes a positive impact on individuals, organisations and society. He also founded the Mindfulness Initiative @ SMU and collaborates with organisations and mindfulness - based training.
