Happiness is not coincidental. More often than not, we are conditioned since young to behave defensively with pre-emptive strikes for desired action. Should we accept negativity as a matter of fact? Seeking refuge in our comfort zone to escape the inevitable, is this a long term & effective solution? Are people naturally born with positive mind-sets? How do we nurture positivity, anchor in the emotion of joy, leading us to happiness?

We are what we think, our thoughts translate into actions. Join us to learn positive practices that can be easily incorporated into our daily life.

This programme is suitable for general public, aged 17 onwards.
