Programme Synopsis

Mindfulness practices are becoming more relevant in Singapore with the increasing challenges we face in both personal and professional lives. Being mindful not only helps us to cope with daily stress and anxiety but also allows us to flourish in our lives. We can become happier, purposeful and enhance our wellbeing holistically with improved states of mind. Research findings tell us that mindfulness practitioners are happier and experience increased positive states of mind. Join us to embark on the path to happiness.
