Programme synopsis

Interested in exploring your family history or creating your own family tree? Come hear from Genealogy Society Singapore on the basics of getting started, meet someone who is on the journey of discovering their family lineage, and find out about resources from the National Archives of Singapore that will help you along the way!

About Genealogy Society Singapore

Genealogy Society Singapore was launched in July 2012. Its objectives are to raise public awareness and provide a space for dialogue among those interested in genealogy and ancestral roots, especially in the context of Singapore’s multi-racial and cross-cultural heritage. The society also works with civic societies, and various public and academic institutions to fulfil this purpose.
