At the end of the session, participants will:
• Learn how to overcome the barriers for not being active
• Learn how to include physical activity as part of their daily routine
• What types of physical activities are beneficial for seniors
• How much physical activity to do
This programme is in collaboration with the Health Promotion Board (HPB) and White Sands Mall, and is suitable for those aged 50 years and above. Admission is free, registration is required.
