AMKFSC (COMNET CREST) provides a vital link between our residents and the mental health support networks. Our goal is to provide a holistic service focused on improving the quality of life for seniors and caregivers. We service seniors who live in the central region, primarily Ang Mo Kio, Sengkang and nearby estates.
(Agency of Integrated Care) AIC reaches out to caregivers and seniors with information on staying active and ageing well, and connecting people to services they need. We support partners in strengthening their capability to deliver quality care, and bring partners to together to meet the needs of our ageing population. Our work in the community brings care services and information closer to those in need.
