This course equips participants with the skills required to operate and handle a semi-automatic Espresso machine setup in a Café settings. Participants will learn how to prepare beverages such as Lattes and Cappuccinos through practical sessions. Classes will also share about different origin of raw green coffee and various selection of coffee that are serving in Singapore. The second half of the course will provide an insight into the operational aspect of a Cafe including the importance of coffee presentation and handling of scenarios that will occur during operation will be discussed.
