Grandmaster Anthony Wee demonstrates the power of Qi. Do not attempt this without proper training.
The Chi Dynamics Art of Qigong is based on the best practices of three well-established martial arts and meditation disciplines - the Northern Shaolin Inner Power of Qigong which is the basis of Chi Dynamics' breathing techniques, the Southern Shaolin Wu Mei Neigong which concentrates on strengthening the inner body, and the meditation techniques evolved from Pranayama and Kundalini Yoga Meditation systems.
Regular exercise sessions are conducted in several centres in Singapore for people who are concerned for their health and want to stay fit. Each session lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours and if practised on a daily basis, one should be able to master the exercises within 3 to 6 months.
Besides an overall sense of fitness and well-being, other benefits of the exercises include improvements in digestion, prevention of irritable bowel syndrome, better weight control, toned up muscles and a good understanding of self-therapy and self-healing. Chi Dynamics Qigong is also about meditation as the key to good health is Qi flow which connects mind and body. To register, find out more in the link below.
