Medical crises can affect us or our loved ones unexpectedly. When they happen, people are often at a loss, and saddled with stress as well as the burden of decision making.

Advance care planning is the process of expressing one’s values and preferences in event one is mentally incapacitated and unable to make decisions for oneself. It is a gift of love to our family. Find out how advance care planning can help reduce the stress and burden of decision making of loved ones.

In this 2 hour session, you will be introduced to concepts of advance care planning, what the process entails as well as where you may turn to for more information. There will be a fun filled card game to help the audience explore their own values.
