TNA is a critical skill to have for curriculum developers, instructional designers, assessors, facilitators, trainers, consultants, analysts and researchers. The selected solution, be it training or non-training interventions, requires a clear understanding of the causes and effects of the problem at various levels. This course aims to ensure that the participants will experience learning on how to design and implement a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) at their workplace. It will deal with the WHY and HOW of demonstrating this TNA skill.
